A locally-owned printing business in McCall is on the market.
Printshop McCall, which is located off Highway 55 on Jacob St. is for sale.
Owners Ian and Sarah Williams posted on social media that the reason behind the sale is so that the couple can focus on their other business, The Idaho Shirt Company, which is expanding to Boise.
“We have thankfully accumulated so many clients in the treasure valley, that it only makes sense for us to grow our company there,” the posting says.
Printshop McCall is listed for $1,250,000 and features 2,823 square feet of space. According to the listing, the building was designed for the option of having two businesses and has two front doors, two bathrooms, two A/C units and other pairings.
“12 ft ceilings and vaulted window views of the East Mountains. Excellent exposure as you enter the city of McCall, great signage with extra power on building for signage, on city services and so an eye-catcher with mountain modern architecture,” the listing says.
The building was built in 2016.
Although Printshop McCall is for sale, the Williams say the business is still fully operational and will continue taking new orders as they come in.
“We appreciate all the support this community has shown us over the years, and we hope to still serve you with all your printing and apparel needs,” the post reads
