With Albertsons moving into the McCall market and doing a large revamp of its store on Lake St., Idaho-owned Ridley’s also mounted an aggressive update – even rebranding as Ridley’s Among the Pines.
The newly-updated store on Deinhard Lane near the resort town’s southern gateway underwent a top-to-bottom remodel.
New features include an in-store Dawson Taylor coffee shop, second floor dining area, sushi bar, upgraded sandwich shop, beer cave and more.
The store’s Payette Sporting Goods & Outfitters store was updated and remodeled, with camping supplies, fishing poles, guns & ammo and other items to take advantage of Central Idaho’s outdoor options.
The store also rolled out a partnership with Skip – which allows shoppers to download a mobile app, scan groceries and pay without ever visiting a checkstand.
The store remodel was completed in early June.
